To simplify the claims reporting process, we’ve added a quick online form for your convenience.  Once the claim information has been submitted to the company, a claim number and an adjuster will be assigned. Once assigned by the company, the adjuster will contact the insured directly to schedule an appointment for your property to be inspected. Griffin General Agency, Inc. will not have access to any further information until the claim has been filed and adjuster assigned for further claim handling. Please bear in mind that due to the high volume of calls, numbers of customers needing assistance and extent of damage suffered, response time may extend beyond that of “non catastrophic” events. Upon completion of the adjuster’s inspection report, once submitted to the company by the adjuster, GGA will receive claim status notification. 

Complete ACORD Property Loss Notice. Must Include the following information:

  • Policy Number
  • Contact person’s name
  • Multiple phone numbers (if available) for contact person
  • Description of loss
  • Date of loss
  • Reported by (name - agent/insured)
